Relationship Stress - One Day workshop - Saturday, September 28th

Learn how to see the other person from a different and much more forgiving perspective.

Relationship Stress
One Day Workshop - Saturday, September 28th
Relationships that we have with close friends, spouses, co-workers and bosses can be a wonderful place to learn more about OURSELVES!
Do you have a relationship in your life where communication is difficult?
Do you feel frustrated or annoyed with someone in your life?
Do you feel uncertain about how to improve this relationship?
Join Registered Professional Counsellors, Christie Dakin and Elaine Clark, as they invite you to explore your reactive feelings and to find a way to change your conflicting feelings to return to a state of peace and calm.
We will practice together how to take responsibility for how we feel - all of the time. When we learn how to choose our feelings rather than react to them we are empowered!
When: Saturday, September 28th
Where: 14877 58th Ave. in Surrey - near # 10 Highway
Time: 9:30am - 5pm
Cost: $150.00 if paid prior to September 15th
